Our office is at 166, Dayanand Nagar, right in the heart of Pital Basti. If you know anything about this area, you know it’s famous for all the metalwork and the brass. You can hear the hammering and the polishing from almost every building around here. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a simple setup at number 166. We have some storage space and a couple of desks where we manage the import and export stuff. Dayanand Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always someone moving something on a cart or a motorbike. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items coming in. It’s dusty work, and your hands get dirty by the end of the day. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a sales team. We just talk to the local craftsmen and the buyers directly. It’s a lot about relationships here. If you’ve been in Pital Basti long enough, you know who does the best work. We just try to stay organized and make sure the orders don't get mixed up. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a big shipment to prepare. We usually just order some food from the place around the corner and keep working until it's finished. It’s just how we do things here.
