Monalisa International

If you find yourself in Sarai Kishan Lal, you will find Monalisa International inside Azad House. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s an old place with a lot of history, and it feels like home to us. The rooms are a bit small and the hallways can be dark, but it’s where we get everything done. We don't have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. Usually, there’s just a stack of files and someone on the phone. Sarai Kishan Lal is a lively spot, always something happening outside the windows. We hear the street noise all day, but we’ve grown to like it. It’s better than sitting in a quiet, sterile office somewhere else. At Monalisa International, we mostly focus on the paperwork and making sure the orders are processed. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job and stay on top of our tasks. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, and we have to move some boxes around, but we manage. Most of us who work here live nearby, so it’s a short walk or a quick ride. It’s a simple setup, really. No big speeches or complicated rules, just everyday work in an old house. We keep our coffee in a thermos and keep the desk lamps on until we finish.
