Sawera Restaurant

Sawera Restaurant is part of the hotel on Kotkapura Road in Baghapurana. We are very close to the New Ana Mandi, so things get really hectic around here during the harvest season when the trucks and tractors are everywhere. You can hear the noise from the market all day long, and the dust from the road sometimes settles on the front steps. We spend most of our mornings in the kitchen getting everything ready before the first crowd of workers and travelers comes in. The tables are just simple wood, and the menu is written on a board near the entrance. Moga is a busy area, and being in Baghapurana means we see a lot of people just passing through on their way to other towns. We don't have fancy decorations or soft music playing in the background. Instead, you hear the clinking of steel plates and the sound of the stove going. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we just get on with the work without much talking. Sometimes the tea is a bit too sweet, and the fans on the ceiling hum quite loudly, but nobody seems to mind much. We just keep the doors open from early morning until late evening. It is an honest place to sit down and eat something hot while you watch the traffic move along Kotkapura Road. We are just a local spot doing our daily thing near the grain market.
