Mister Pizza

Mister Pizza is over on Dutt Road in Moga. We are pretty close to the main market, so there is always something going on nearby. I opened this place because I liked the idea of having a pizza shop in our town that wasn't a big chain. It is just me and a couple of helpers most of the time. We spend a lot of time working with the dough and making sure the oven is at the right temperature. It gets pretty hot in there, especially during the summer months, but that is part of the job. The shop isn't fancy, just some chairs and a counter, but it works for us. We get a lot of kids coming in after school and families on the weekends. Dutt Road can get a bit crowded with parked bikes, but people still find their way to us. I handle most of the stuff myself, from ordering the cheese to cleaning the floors at night. It is not a glamorous life, but it is steady. We don't have a big marketing plan or fancy slogans. We just make the pizzas as they come in. Sometimes the delivery bike acts up and we have to fix it quickly. That is just how it goes when you run a small business. We are just a local spot in Moga trying to do things our own way and keeping the oven hot for the next order.
