Finlandia Restaurant

We are located on Police Road in the Old City area of Moga. It’s right near the DEV Hotel, so people usually find us pretty easily if they know the neighborhood landmarks. The streets around here are quite narrow and can get jammed with carts and scooters during the middle of the day. It’s a very traditional part of town. Our building is an older one, so it has high ceilings but the walls are a bit uneven in places. We don’t mind it much. It gives the place some character, I guess. We start our day early, getting the supplies from the local market nearby. It’s a short walk, so we do it ourselves mostly to make sure things are fresh. Finlandia is just a name we picked years ago, nothing too deep about it. We’ve got a couple of big tables for families and some smaller ones tucked into the corners. The lighting isn't the best, but we like it that way. It’s quiet enough for a real conversation. Sometimes the noise from the street leaks in, especially when there’s a festival or a procession passing by outside. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us running the show every day. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the bills ourselves. It’s a simple life here in the 142001 area. We just keep going and try to stay consistent for the folks who live nearby.
