Gilden Restaurant

We are located on Old City Police Road in Moga. The police station is just a short walk away from us, which makes this a pretty easy part of town for people to find. Our building has been sitting here for quite a few years. It is a simple restaurant where we mostly focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. We are not part of a big chain. Most of the people who come through our door are from right here in the neighborhood. We spend the early hours of the morning getting the kitchen ready and making sure the tables are set up for the day. Moga can be a busy place, but our particular street is usually okay. We have a routine that we stick to every day of the week. We check our supplies, clean the front area, and then wait for the usual lunch rush to start. It gets a bit noisy when the local school lets out or when there is a lot of activity over at the police station. We do not have any flashy signs or big expensive advertisements. Most people just know we are here because they live or work nearby. It is a lot of work to keep a restaurant going, especially when something breaks down or a delivery is late. We just deal with those things as they happen. We like the regulars who come in and talk.
