Shri Durga Steel

Shri Durga Steel is located right on the main Meerut Road. If you are driving along, we are directly opposite Rana Steel, which is a pretty big landmark around here. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic, but it’s great for visibility. We handle a lot of steel, and you’ll see the stacks of it if you peek into our yard. It’s a straightforward operation. We get the steel in, we sort it, and we send it out to whoever needs it. There isn't much room for fancy offices, so we mostly work out of a small cabin on the side. We’ve been at this spot on Meerut Road for quite a while now. The staff here knows their way around the different grades of steel, though we don't act like we know everything. We just do our bit and try to get the trucks loaded as quickly as possible so they don't block the road. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we just throw some gravel down and keep going. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We sell steel, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the local market prices. It’s a busy life, especially when several customers show up at once. But that’s the way we like it, keeps us on our toes.
