This part of Meerut is quite lively, and being on Baghpat Road means we see a lot of people passing by. Our office is a simple place where we manage the steel business for this district. It’s not a large facility, but it’s enough for our small team to work out of. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels like a community. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and do it. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we go back to the old ways of writing things down in the register. It’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we don't mind. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know we are just regular people. We keep the place open six days a week. It’s a steady routine. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. We just focus on the steel and the orders that need to go out.
