Nalanda Coaching Institute

Our place is at 381 Western Katchery Road in Meerut. People around here usually call it WK Road. We are situated near the HDFC Bank, which makes it a landmark everyone knows. The building is older, and the rooms have high ceilings which helps keep it cool in the summer. We have a lot of benches set up for the students. It’s a very busy street outside with people going to the court and the bank all day long. We can hear the horns honking all through our afternoon sessions. We have piles of books and old test papers stacked up in the corners. It’s not the most organized look, but we know where everything is when we need it. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything, just a table where we sit and talk to parents. The floor is made of old stone and it’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We take our work seriously but the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might have a cup of tea while we grade papers. It’s a local spot where students from the nearby neighborhoods come to study after their regular school hours. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a space for people to sit down and get their work done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but we find our way through the pile of books eventually.
