Mjunction Services Ltd.(A Tata-Sail Joint Venture)

Mjunction Services Ltd. is tucked away at House Number 1046 in Shishak Colony. Even though the name says we are a Tata-Sail joint venture, we don't act like a big corporate giant here in Muzaffarnagar. Our setup is quite simple and modest. It’s basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. You’ll see the number on the gate and a small nameplate if you look closely. The colony is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the afternoons which helps us get our work done. We deal with the regular business stuff, mostly sitting at our desks and making phone calls or typing out reports. The furniture is a bit older, and the chairs creak a little when you sit down. We usually bring our own lunches from home and sit together to eat around one o'clock. There is a small grocery shop just down the road if we need a snack or a cold drink. The street outside is paved but has a few bumps here and there. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you; we just yell out to come in. It’s a very local way of doing things, very hands-on and direct. We’ve been at this address for some time now and the neighbors know us well enough to wave when we arrive in the morning. It’s just how we run things, keeping it honest and straightforward without any unnecessary complications.
