Kaptan Agro & Machinery Industries

Kaptan Agro & Machinery Industries is out in Village Salalpur. You’ll find us on Mawana Road, right near Shanti Niketan School. It’s a bit different being out here compared to the city. The air is a little clearer, though the road gets plenty of dust from the tractors and trucks passing by. Our building is a basic structure with a large yard where we keep some of the bigger machinery parts. Since we are near the school, we hear the kids playing and the bells ringing throughout the day. It’s a landmark for anyone trying to find us. Inside the workshop, it’s mostly concrete and metal. We have various tools scattered on the workbenches and a lot of grease on the floor. It’s an honest place where we fix and build things for the local farms and businesses. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets pretty loud when it rains, and it can get quite hot in the middle of the summer. We usually keep the big doors open to let the breeze in. There isn't any fancy office here, just a small table with some ledgers and a couple of stools for when someone stops by to talk about a repair. It feels like a part of the village life, and we’ve been on Mawana Road for quite a while now.
