Avon Bakers & Confectioners

We've been at 70 Gurudwara Road for a while now. Lajpat Bazaar is a busy place, and Sotiganj always has something going on. Being Avon Bakers & Confectioners means we spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day. It's just us here, working in the back and keeping the shelves stocked. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when people are out shopping nearby, but we manage. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a local spot where you can find what you need without much fuss. The flour gets everywhere, and the ovens stay hot pretty much all day long. It's hard work, but we're used to it. People stop by on their way home or while they're out running errands in the bazaar. We don't have a fancy website or a big team of people doing office work. It’s mostly just making stuff and selling it. The street outside can be noisy, but inside it’s just the smell of baking and us trying to keep up with the orders. We try to keep things simple. If you're walking past the Gurudwara, you’ve probably seen us there. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot, doing what we do. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. Our staff is mostly just a few local folks who know how to handle the rush.
