Our facility is where we get the real work done. It is a practical site. We don't have fancy paved walkways or high-rise buildings like they do in the city. It is mostly about the land and the structures we need for our daily operations. The people who work here are mostly locals or folks who have moved to this part of West Bengal to be near the site. We have a routine that depends on the day and the weather, which can get quite hot in the summer. Midnapore is a place with a lot of history, and we are glad to be a part of the community in Amba. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We don't spend time on unnecessary things that don't help with the job. If there is work to be done, we just do it. The site is large, and it can be a bit dusty depending on the season and how much rain we have had, but that is just the nature of what we do. It’s a real, working place where people put in their time every single day.
