Even though we are part of the Raipur group, this specific office is actually located way out in Kharagpur, West Bengal. We’re in the Kashi Sharma Building, right near the Gurudwara Road in Kharida Bazar. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and people moving about. We focus on the steel and power interests of the company from this location. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Working in Kharida Bazar means there's always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of the local logistics and paperwork that comes with running an industrial business. It can be a bit noisy with the market right there, but you get used to the sounds of the street after a while. Most of the folks working here are locals from Kharagpur who know the area well. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff; we just focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and have become a regular fixture on Gurudwara Road. It’s just about keeping the operations running smoothly and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. We like being part of this local community and seeing familiar faces every morning.
