Kidzee Preschool

Down in Kosi Kalan, Mathura, you will find our preschool. It is a modest place, tucked away where it is a bit quieter than the main road. We deal with the very young ones, so our days are filled with songs, naps, and a lot of snacks. The walls are painted with different characters to make it look cheerful for the kids when they walk in. Mathura has its own pace, and we follow that here. We do not have a massive campus, but we have enough space for the toddlers to crawl and run without bumping into each other too much. We use a lot of colorful mats on the floor because that is where most of the activity happens. The teachers here are mostly from the local area, so everyone knows everyone. It feels more like a big family than a formal school. We have to be careful about the monkeys sometimes, so we keep the doors and windows shut during lunch. It is just one of those things you deal with in this part of the country. We keep a record of every child's progress in simple notebooks with pen and paper. No fancy software is used here. When the day ends, the kids get their bags packed, and we wait for the parents to show up at the gate. It is a simple life, looking after the little ones and making sure they are safe while their parents are busy.
