S. K. M. H.S. School

S. K. M. H.S. School is right in the village of Gadhi Inchha, in the Sadabad area of Hathras. If you are coming from the main road, you have to look for the turn that leads into the village. It’s a very local school, and we mostly serve the families who live right here or in the tiny hamlets nearby. The school building is painted a simple color and has a small porch where we sit sometimes. We have kids of all ages running around. The older ones help the younger ones find their classrooms. It’s a very close-knit place because everyone knows each other’s business. We have a few trees in the yard that provide some shade during the hot afternoons. The classrooms have the basic stuff like blackboards and desks. We don’t have a computer lab or anything fancy like that, just books and a lot of talking. The teachers come in from Sadabad or other nearby towns. They work hard to make sure the students understand their lessons. Sometimes the goats from the village wander near the gate, and we have to shoo them away. It’s just life in a rural school. We take pride in the fact that we are the main school for this little area. We don’t need a lot of advertising because the whole village knows who we are. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy with the classes and the exams every year.
