Liquid Lounge

Liquid Lounge is situated in Balmatta, Mangalore. We are quite close to Don Bosco Hall, which is a big landmark around here. People usually find us because they are already in the Balmatta area for something else. The place has been around for a bit and it has its own character. It’s not a shiny, new spot with modern furniture. It’s more of a lived-in space where people can just hang out. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and making sure the music isn't too loud or too quiet. Mangalore gets really humidity, so we do our best with the fans and the air conditioning. Sometimes the equipment acts up, but we fix it when we can. We don't have a marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. It’s just a local lounge. The staff knows most of the people who come in on the weekends. We have a routine that we follow every day, from opening the shutters to cleaning the floor at night. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. We don't try to be the most popular place in town, we just want to stay open and provide a spot for people to sit down and relax. It’s a simple business located in a busy part of Mangalore. We just keep doing what we do every single day without much fuss. It works for us and our regulars.
