L&T Constructions

You’ll find L&T Constructions over at the Ecc Division in Planet Sks. We’re situated near the Kpt Industrial Area and Aj Hospital Road in the Kadri area of Mangalore. It’s a good location for us because it’s close to a lot of the action in the district. The office is pretty functional and we have a lot of people coming in and out because of the hospital and the industrial area nearby. Mangalore has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. We aren’t really interested in making big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just focus on the construction projects we have on our plate. Some days it’s raining hard and things slow down, and other days it’s too hot to think, but we keep going. The office at Planet Sks is modern enough, but inside it’s just us working through spreadsheets and project timelines. We talk to a lot of different contractors and suppliers throughout the week. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don’t see. We don’t have a lot of corporate jargon in our meetings; we just say what needs to be said. Kadri is a nice part of town, and we’re glad to be based here. It’s a straightforward setup and we like keeping things that way. We just work hard and hope for the best like anyone else.
