Canara Plastics & Engineering

Our shop, Canara Plastics & Engineering, is tucked away in the Industrial Area at Baikampady, specifically at 291-H. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on all around us. We have been in this spot for a long time, watching the area grow and change. The building is a bit old, and the floors are stained with oil and bits of plastic, but it shows we’ve been working hard. We handle both plastic work and some engineering tasks. It’s the kind of place where you’ll always hear the hum of a machine in the background. My brother and I usually handle the front, while a small crew works in the back. It isn't a quiet job. There is always someone dropping off materials or asking about a custom piece they need for their own business. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. Usually, people just find us because they’ve heard we get things done without making a fuss. The humidity here can be a bit much in the rainy season, which makes the warehouse feel heavy, but we just open the big doors and keep at it. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the measurements are right and the materials aren't wasted. It’s a basic operation, run by people who grew up around here and know the local industry inside out.
