D Avenue

D Avenue is found on the 2nd floor of the Mangalore Gate Building. We are located right on Bypass Road in the Kankanady area of Mangalore. The 575002 postal code is a busy one. Being on the bypass means there is a constant stream of cars and trucks passing by our windows. We have been in this office for a while now. It is a functional space, nothing too elaborate or special. We don't have fancy office furniture or a high-tech lobby. It’s just a regular place where we come to work every morning. D Avenue is a small group of us. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or have long, pointless meetings. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Mangalore Gate is a well-known building to most people in Kankanady. It’s a good spot to be. Sometimes the traffic noise is a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't do much in the way of self-promotion or marketing. We prefer to just keep our heads down and stay busy. Mangalore is a town where people appreciate directness, and we try to work that way every day. Our office has a lot of papers and coffee mugs sitting around. It’s a real place for real work. We are just glad to be part of the local scene here in Kankanady. It's a good place to be based.
