We operate Harmony Tours And Travels out of the Snow Summer View Cottage. It’s located on Kanyal Road in the Shimsha area. It’s a pretty spot, and the name of the cottage actually makes sense because of the views we get from the windows. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in different cities. It's just us in this cottage handling the bookings and talking to drivers on the phone. The road up here can be a bit steep and narrow, but it’s worth it for the peace away from the main town. We spend our days answering emails and taking calls from people wanting to see the mountains. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests to use. If you come by, you’ll likely find us at our desks with a lot of papers and maps spread around. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the local routes quite well. We don't bother with expensive marketing campaigns or social media managers. Most people find us because they are staying nearby or someone told them we were reliable people to talk to. It's a simple way to run a business. We focus on the daily stuff like making sure cars are ready and hotels are booked for the guests. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or the traffic, and we just do our best to fix it. That's the reality of working in travel.
