Indraprastha Cottage

You can find Indraprastha Cottage right near the DPS School on Hadimba Temple Road. It’s a beautiful part of the area, though it can get quite busy when the tourists arrive. We have been here for some time, looking after the place and the guests who stay with us. The cottage isn't like those huge hotels you see in the city. It’s more of a home-style setup. We spend our mornings checking the rooms and making sure the garden looks okay. Since we are near the school, we hear the kids sometimes, which keeps the place feeling lively. The road up to the temple is always full of people walking and cars going by. We try to keep things relaxed for anyone who stops here. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather turns cold and we have to manage the heating and blankets. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily chores and talking to the people who check in. Some guests come back every year because they like the quiet spot we have near the mountains. We aren't promising anything fancy, just a decent place to sleep and a bit of a view. It’s a simple life up here on the hill, and we like keeping our cottage running just the way it is.
