Our office is at 3, Anunay Apartment, which sits right opposite the ICICI ATM Center in Mahatma Nagar. Having the ATM across the street is actually quite handy because everyone uses it as a landmark. Mahatma Nagar is a nice area, and Anunay Apartment is a quiet enough building for us to get our work done. The office itself is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in. We have a couple of desks, a computer that’s a bit slow, and plenty of space for all our records. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We have some plants by the window, though we sometimes forget to water them. Most of our day is spent talking to people who live in the area or looking for new listings. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just rely on being here and being available when people need to talk about properties. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often see the same faces walking by every morning. It’s a comfortable spot and we’ve made it our own over the years. We don't feel the need to be fancy or use big words. We just tell it like it is and keep our files in order as best as we can without any fuss.
