Dootawas Properties

You can find Dootawas Properties over on M G Road. We are in the Mundada Building, specifically in room 203. It’s right near Lokmanya School, which is a good way to find us if the street numbers get confusing. We have been working out of this office for a good bit now. M G Road is always loud and full of people, so there is never a dull moment outside. Inside, we just focus on property matters. It's a small room, but it fits everything we need like our desks and the old filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We are just local folks who know the real estate market in this area. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s just part of being in an older building like Mundada. We talk to a lot of neighbors and people from the school who are looking for places nearby. Our days are mostly filled with answering questions and looking over documents. We don't use big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just Dootawas Properties and we like being right here in the middle of the action on M G Road. If you need us, that's where we'll be. It’s a busy spot but it feels like home to us after all these years.
