Sai Properties

Our place is called Sai Properties and we are based at Plot No - 13, Shiv Krupa, in Shram N Nager, Uonager. It’s a modest setup we've got here. The building isn't very old, but we’ve made ourselves at home in it. We deal with local property matters for the people around this neighborhood. Uonager is a growing area, so there’s always someone building a new wall or looking for a bit of extra space for their family. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. We have a simple desk, a few plastic chairs, and a fan that squeaks a bit when it's on high. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in off the street. They might be looking for a small plot or a house. We try to keep a list of what's available nearby, though it’s mostly kept in a messy notebook. We aren't perfect with our organization, but we know who is selling what. It’s a lot of talking and walking around to see the sites. Sometimes the weather is too hot to go out, so we just stay in and handle the phone calls. We’ve been at this for a while and the people around here know us by name. It’s a local business, through and through. No big promises, just helping neighbors find a place to settle down in Shram N Nager. We're just trying to make a living like everyone else.
