Nashik Property Port

Our office, Nashik Property Port, sits on Plot No 72 along Datta Mandir Road. It is a pretty straightforward place in the Nashik district. We have been working out of this spot for a good bit of time now. The road gets a lot of people going to the temple, so we see plenty of familiar faces passing by. Inside, we have our files and a couple of computers, but most of our work happens by just talking to people who walk in. Nashik is growing so much these days, and Datta Mandir Road is right in the middle of a lot of that change. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big speeches. We just know the local plots and who is selling what. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with maps spread out everywhere, but we know where everything is. It is just a few of us here. We handle things for people looking for a bit of land or maybe a small house nearby. The tea stall down the street brings us chai twice a day, which is when we usually do our best thinking. It’s a local business, run by local people who live just a few minutes away. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their property stuff that day. It is a simple life and we like it that way, just keeping things honest and clear for whoever comes in.
