Rank Properties is over in Ward No. 8, right in the Astitava Bunglow. We are on the Topavan Takli Link Road in Dwarka. If you know where Potdar International School is, we are basically right across from it. It is a busy spot in Uttara Nagar with kids and buses moving around during the mornings and afternoons. Our office is inside the bungalow, which makes it feel more like a home than a regular workplace. We have a few rooms set up for meetings and keeping our files. It is pretty quiet inside even with the school noise across the street. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though the dust from the road makes it hard sometimes. Inside, it is mostly just us working on property stuff, looking through listings and talking to people on our mobiles. We do not have fancy uniforms or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. It is a very straightforward way of working. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving out to check on different plots of land around Dwarka. It is a good location for us because it is easy for people to find once they know where the school is. We like it here.
