Shetiraj Growers Tech Producer Company

We are located over at Khadak Malegaon in the Niphad area. Shetiraj Growers Tech Producer Company was put together because we saw that things were changing in the way we grow stuff. We’re at G.No.731, and it’s a busy spot most of the time. We try to use a bit more technology in our farming, not because it’s trendy, but because it helps save time. The soil here in Niphad is good, but you have to treat it right. A group of us decided to pool our knowledge and tools. It’s much easier to fix a tractor or figure out irrigation when you have others to talk to. We don't have a big glossy brochure or anything like that. We just have our fields and the office at R.1049. Some days it’s just about figuring out why a pump isn’t working or checking the market rates. We are growers first. The "Tech" part of our name just means we try to be smarter about the tools we use. It’s practical, everyday stuff. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make our farms work a little bit better for the families here in Khadak Malegaon. It’s a lot of work, but we like it. We know every corner of these fields. Sometimes the tech breaks down and we go back to the old ways for a bit, but that's just life on the farm. We just keep moving forward.
