We are a group of local farmers who wanted to do something together. Malegaon is a place where people know the value of a hard day's work. We aren't sitting in fancy offices with desks. Most of our time is spent on the land, checking the soil and the plants. We formed this producer company to help with the practical stuff, like getting fertilizers or selling what we grow without getting cheated. It’s not always easy to run a company when you’re used to just farming. The paperwork can be a bit much, and we make mistakes sometimes. But we are learning as we go. At Dahiwal, we have a small spot where we gather to talk about the prices and the weather. We don't use marketing talk because we don't need to. Our work speaks for itself in the fields. We just want to be strong as a group. That’s why we chose the name Samarthya. It’s about having the strength to keep going even when the seasons are bad. We are just regular people who love the land. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to farm well and make sure everyone in our group gets a fair shake.
