Sangle Organic Carbon Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located in the Teacher Colony area of Malegaon, specifically at the home of Seema Arunrao Sangle. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We call ourselves Sangle Organic Carbon because we have been focusing a lot on how to keep the soil healthy without using too many harsh chemicals. A lot of us have noticed the dirt is not as rich as it used to be years ago, so we are trying to figure out better ways to farm. It is a learning process for all of us. We are not scientists, we are just people who work the land and want it to stay productive for our kids. We meet up at the house to talk about composting and organic methods that actually work in this climate. Sometimes it is a bit of a struggle because the old ways are easier, but we think it is worth the effort. Malegaon is a good place to be based, as it is close enough to the farms but has what we need to stay organized. We do not have a big staff, it is mostly just family and friends helping out where they can. We keep the books in order and try to stay on top of the regulations. It is just honest work, and we try to be as practical as possible about everything we do. We hope that by doing this, we can leave the land in better shape.
