We are located at C-729 in Saundane, over in the Malegaon taluka. Buwadada Adiwat Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a few of us in the village wanted to find a better way to manage our crops. Farming in this region has its ups and downs, and the weather is never quite what you expect. We use the house in Saundane as our home base. It’s a simple spot where we can gather and talk about the upcoming harvest or the cost of fertilizer. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we’re just people who work the land and want to get a fair price for it. Sometimes the machinery breaks down or the rain doesn't come, and those are the days we really rely on each other. We share what we have and try to keep things moving forward. Our families have been in Malegaon for generations, so we have a deep connection to this place. The work is tiring and your hands are always dirty, but there’s a certain pride in it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just farming. We show up every day, look at the sky, and get to work. Having this company just helps us stay organized and gives us a bit more strength when we go to sell our goods. It’s a plain and simple life. We don't really have any bosses here, just partners.
