Hire Agro Producer Company Limited

We run Hire Agro Producer Company Limited out of Aghar Bk in the Malegaon area. Our spot is located at Gut No. 277, where the Morgan Milk Processing unit is. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement every day. Most of us involved are local farmers and people who have worked with cattle and crops for years. Malegaon is a big area, and there’s always something happening with the agriculture here. We put this company together because we wanted a better way to manage our farm produce and maybe some of the dairy stuff too. It is not a corporate setup with meetings in boardrooms. Our meetings usually happen while we’re doing other work or standing around the processing area. We talk about the price of feed, the health of the animals, and how the crops are doing in the fields nearby. Some years are better than others, but that’s just the nature of this business. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s a broken pump or a sudden change in the market. It’s hard, honest work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We just want to make sure that the effort we put in every day translates into a decent living for everyone in our little group. It can be a bit messy sometimes, but that is the reality of farm life for us.
