City Public School

Our school is located out in Gabgachi, right near the Jadupur SBI More in Malda. If you know the Kamalabari area, you probably know where we are. It’s a decent spot, a bit away from the main town noise, which helps when the kids are trying to listen in class. We’ve been running City Public School for some years now. It started small and just kind of grew as more families moved into this part of Malda. Every morning starts with the usual rush of buses and parents dropping off their kids. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized. We have the usual classrooms and a bit of space for the students to run around during their breaks. The building is simple, nothing too elaborate. We mostly focus on getting through the books and making sure the exams happen on time. Teachers here are mostly locals who have been with us for a bit. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word usually gets around through the parents who live nearby. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets dusty, but we just deal with it. It’s a regular school day for us, from the morning bell until everyone heads home in the afternoon. We try to keep things straightforward for the parents and the kids who come here every day without making a big fuss about it.
