Our office is right on the highway, number 150, just across from the petrol pump. It's a convenient spot because everyone passes by here. The traffic noise is constant, especially the big lorries at night. We’ve been here for a good while. The building isn't much to look at, just a plain structure with a small yard out front. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. People drop by to ask questions or check on their orders. We keep a ledger for everything because computers sometimes act up. My cousin handles the phone calls while I look after the shipments. It gets dusty because of the road, so we're always wiping down the furniture. We have a small P.O. Box, number 153, for the mail that doesn't get delivered straight to the door. Sometimes the mailman misses us if the traffic is too heavy. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. Word spreads by mouth mostly. Someone tells a neighbor, and they show up. We try to stay organized, but on Mondays, it’s usually a bit chaotic with the weekend backlog. There's a chai stall nearby where we go when we need a break. It’s just a normal business running day to day. We stay until the sun goes down, then lock up and go home. Usually, the gravel in the yard needs leveling, but we never find the time to actually do it properly.
