Our office is on the second floor of Vyapar Bhavan, which is situated on Jay Vijay Society Road. It’s a good location for a business like B. S. Commodities & Exports Pvt. Ltd. because the building is full of people doing similar things. We deal with commodities and exports, so our days are often spent looking at market prices and checking on shipping schedules. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the tea things. We aren't the type to spend money on fancy decorations; we’d rather just focus on the trade. Jay Vijay Society Road can get a bit crowded during the peak hours, but we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood by now. We’ve got a small team that knows the ins and outs of the export business. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays or the paperwork gets stuck somewhere, but we just keep at it. We aren't looking to be the biggest exporters out there. We just want to do our work steadily and keep things moving. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that add up to a full day, but that is just how this kind of business works for us.
