V L N Group is located at number 5 on the 80 Feet Road in Melamadai. It’s a broad road, so we get a lot of air and light in the office. We aren't a massive corporation, just a group of us working together. The office has a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We’ve been in Melamadai for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a good mix of shops and houses. We don't have any fancy signs or big posters in the windows. Usually, there’s just a small nameplate by the door. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons meeting with people who stop by. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is nice. We don't have a formal dress code here. You’ll usually find us in plain shirts and trousers. We handle a bit of everything, so every day is a little different. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just try to do a good job and keep our clients happy. 80 Feet Road is a busy place, so there’s always something to look at out the window. We’ve grown slowly over the years, mostly by word of mouth. We don't see the need for big marketing campaigns. If you do good work, people find out. That’s how we’ve always seen it at V L N Group.
