We are set up in the Rmr Complex, which is at number 1 in SS Colony. This part of Madurai is always on the move, and we are right in the thick of it. Our office is a busy place because packages are always coming and going. It is not a place where you come to sit down and relax. There are scales, boxes, and tape everywhere you look. The staff here is usually moving fast to make sure everything gets scanned and loaded on time. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and the neighbors know us well. The heat in Madurai can be really tough, especially in the middle of the day, but we keep the fans going and keep working. We don't have a lot of time for small talk, though we do try to be friendly when someone walks in with a parcel. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and checking addresses. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, and we have to scramble to get things back on track. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of rules about how to talk to people. We just say hello, take the package, and get it moving. It’s a practical, fast-paced job and we are just glad to be working here in SS Colony.
