Transtech Bio is tucked away in South Karumpattoor, near the Thamaraikulam post area. Our place is at 5/150 A1, which isn't hard to find if you know the roads around here. We work on bio-related projects, mostly focusing on practical stuff that people in the area might actually use. It’s a quiet spot, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical details of what we’re doing. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to our roots in South Karumpattoor. There’s a lot of talk about biotech being complicated, but for us, it’s just work. We come in, check the cultures or whatever's on the bench that day, and see things through. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We just want to do good work from our little corner of the world. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit tricky, but we manage. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. It’s not a fancy setup, just some rooms and the equipment we need to get by. Most of our day is spent looking at results and figuring out the next steps. It's honest work and it keeps us busy. We appreciate the slow pace of life around here while we deal with the more complex side of biology. It's a decent balance for everyone involved in the company.
