Universal Corporation

Universal Corporation is located at 64, Madurai Main Road. We’re right by the RTO Office and not far from Maheswari Book Centre. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the book centre around here. Our office isn't anything special, just a place with some desks and a lot of paperwork. We deal with various business things, mostly helping people who are heading to the RTO or need local services. It gets quite loud with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. There’s no dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of filing to do, and other days we close up early if things are quiet. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to be helpful and get through the day's tasks. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. We’ve been part of this street for a long time. People know they can come to us if they need something handled properly. It’s just us doing our jobs near the RTO, trying to keep things moving for our customers. We aren't fancy, but we are here every day working hard.
