We are based out of Madurai, and that’s where Smriti Herbs And Bio Fuel Farm calls home. It’s a place with a lot of history and we feel like we fit right in with the local way of doing things. We don't have a fancy office in a glass tower. Most of our time is spent out in the dirt or working in our simple facility here in the city. We’re a small group of people who just wanted to work on something that felt real. It’s not always pretty work. We often end the day with dirty hands and tired feet, but that’s just part of it. We aren't trying to use big words to describe what we do. We grow things and we process them, and we try to do it as best as we can without overcomplicating everything. Madurai is a big place, but we’ve found our own little corner where we can focus. We don't spend a lot of money on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. Smriti Herbs And Bio Fuel Farm is just a small local operation. We have some old machinery that we have to kick sometimes to get it started, but it gets the job done. We don't follow any corporate handbooks. We just use our common sense and hope for the best. It’s been a long road to get here, but we’re happy to be working in Madurai.
