Sri Dwaraga Food Product

You can find us at 4A, Aanantha Puram, on Mettu Street in Varaganeri. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on this street sometimes, especially when the delivery vans are trying to get through. Sri Dwaraga Food Product is basically just a few of us working in a space that’s been around for years. The walls are a bit stained from the steam and the cooking, but that’s just a sign of work being done. We don’t have a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us elbow-deep in whatever we’re preparing that day. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just focus on the food. The floor is tiled because it’s easier to wash down every evening. We have some old scales that we trust more than the new digital ones. It’s a noisy place with the grinders and the fans going all at once. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. People in Varaganeri know where we are. We don't need a big glowing sign. We’ve got a routine that works for us. It’s not about being the most modern shop on the block. It’s about being reliable. We stay until the last order is packed and ready. It’s a small operation, but we take it seriously in our own quiet way. That’s just how we do things here on Mettu Street. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things to the small shed in the back, but we manage just fine.
