Siva Rice Mill

You will find Siva Rice Mill right on the Madurai Main Road at number 112. We are based in Edamalaipattipudur, directly across from the Karmal Church. That church is a big landmark, so it helps folks find us without much trouble. The mill is a busy place, and there is almost always the sound of engines running and a bit of dust in the air. We have gotten used to the noise over the years. Our days start early and we spend most of the time on our feet managing things. Madurai Main Road is a heavy traffic area, so there is a constant stream of trucks and cars passing by our front door. Sometimes the people from the church stop by to say hello after their services. The building we are in has been around for a long time. It isn't a fancy modern office, but it is solid and does the job we need it to do. We don't have a waiting room or anything like that; it is just a working mill. There are usually piles of bags waiting to be moved near the entrance. It is straightforward work and we just take each day as it comes. Being in Edamalaipattipudur suits us just fine, and we plan to keep working at this spot on the main road for a long time to come. It is just a regular life for us here.
