Samuthra Lakshmi Exports is over at 50-51 Appadurai Nagar, specifically on 2nd Street in Kuddal Nagar. Our building is easy to find if you know the neighborhood, though it’s just a regular spot on a regular street. We do a lot of our work in the back where there’s more room to move things around. The front part is where we keep the registers and the main desk. It’s often a bit chaotic with papers and samples lying around, but we know where everything is. The 2nd Street area is usually quiet in the mornings, but it picks up as the day goes on. We get a lot of sunlight through the front door, which is nice until it gets too hot in the summer. We handle all the shipping and the details ourselves, so there is always someone checking a list or taping up a box. We’ve been in Kuddal Nagar for a bit now, and we like the vibe of the place. It’s not a corporate park; it’s a real street with real people living and working nearby. We aren’t looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the items we are exporting and making sure they are handled right. It’s a small operation, and that’s how we like it because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves without too much trouble. We just keep our heads down and work.
