S M L Transport

Down here at 73, Ismail Puram, things are usually moving pretty fast. We are tucked away on the 6th Land, right off Vaigai Thengarai Road. It is the kind of place where you always hear the sound of engines. There is a lot of dust because of the heavy vehicles, but that is just part of the transport life. We have been operating from this little corner for a good bit now. The office is small, mostly filled with papers and logbooks and old chairs that have seen better days. It isn’t the quietest place to spend an afternoon, especially when the traffic on Vaigai Thengarai Road picks up. We don't really do much to make the place look impressive to outsiders. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking coffee or talking to the drivers about the routes. The 6th Land is a bit narrow, so things can get tight when two big trucks try to pass each other. We just manage it day by day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with spare parts or old tires sitting around, but we know where everything is. S M L Transport is basically just us working hard in Ismail Puram to make sure things get where they need to go. It’s plain and simple work, and we don’t try to act like it’s anything else. We just focus on getting through the schedule and dealing with whatever comes up.
