Pioneer Jellice India Private Limited

Our office is at No 23 Vallabhai Road in the Chokkikulam area. Pioneer Jellice India Private Limited has been operating from here for quite a while. It’s a bit of a mix of office work and managing what happens at the production level. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages about orders. Vallabhai Road is a decent place to be, and we have a few regular spots nearby where we grab lunch. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty focused, though we do have our moments of joking around to pass the time. We aren't really the type to use big words or act like a corporate giant. We just have a job to do and we try to do it properly. There are always boxes coming in or going out, and sometimes the lobby gets a bit cluttered with samples. Most of our days are spent checking quality and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It can get stressful when a big shipment is late, but we usually figure it out. We’ve got a small group of people here who have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we forget to file things away immediately, but the work gets done. Chokkikulam is a good neighborhood, and we feel like a steady part of it by now. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
