We are based out of 75, Ammappatti in Thirumangalam. L & W Construction Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It's a straightforward place. Thirumangalam is a decent area to work in, though it gets quite dusty with all the movement around. Our office is just a simple building where we keep our tools and our records. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We mostly drink tea from the shop down the road. Most of us here grew up nearby or have lived in the area for a long time. The morning starts with everyone checking the schedule. It's a lot of coordination between the office and the sites. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like when the weather turns or a truck gets delayed, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families. The walls in the office could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to think about that. We have some old maps of the area pinned up. It’s a practical space for practical people. If you find yourself in Ammappatti, you’ll see our gate. It’s nothing flashy, just where we do our business. The sun gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters down to stay cool while we work.
