Idhayam Foods & Feeds

Idhayam Foods & Feeds is located on the first floor at 2/1997 in VK Nagar. We are right opposite the Rajalakshmi Kalyana Mandapam. Having a big wedding hall across the street means there is always something going on. We hear the music and see the crowds during the marriage season, which makes the days go by a bit faster. Our office is up one flight of stairs. It’s a simple space where we manage the distribution of foods and animal feeds. We have bags stacked up in the corner and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't really bother with fancy decor or expensive furniture. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with orders to worry about that. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the deliveries are on schedule. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the accounts, especially when it’s a busy month. The staff here is small, so we all know each other’s business. We usually eat our lunch together in the small pantry area. It’s a grounded, practical way to work. Being in VK Nagar is convenient because most of our regular contacts are nearby. We just try to get the orders right and keep the business running without any unnecessary drama. It’s just us doing our daily work in a busy part of town.
