Bajpatti Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located in the village of Rasalpur in the Bajpatti block. Satrudhan Sah, the son of Surydev Sah, is the person who coordinates things for us. This group is called Bajpatti Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are basically just a collection of local farmers from Rasalpur and the nearby areas. We got tired of trying to do everything alone, so we decided to pool our resources. It makes things a bit simpler when you have others to talk to about the problems we all face. Whether it is the cost of diesel or the price of grain, we handle it together. Our meetings happen right there in the village, usually outside or in a simple room. There are no fancy suits or polished floors here. We are people of the land, and our hands show it. We talk about real things that matter to our daily lives. Satrudhan helps keep the paperwork moving, which is a big help because most of us would rather be out in the fields. We aren't a big company from the city; we are your neighbors. We just want to see the farms in Bajpatti do well so our kids have a future here. It’s a lot of work and not much glory, but it’s what we do. We just take it one day at a time and hope the weather stays on our side. Sometimes the market is tough, but having the group helps us get through the bad months.
