Goldenfish Farmers Producer Company Limited is mostly just us local people from Vill-Dip and the Tola-Harbhanga area. We are set up in Deep East, which is part of the Lakhnaur Block in Madhubani. It is a quiet place where most of us have spent our whole lives working the land. We got together because doing things alone was getting harder every year with the prices of everything going up. It is not some big office building, our address is right there in the village, 847403. Most days, you will find us talking about the weather or how the crops are coming along this season. We are not experts in fancy business talk, but we know how to farm. The name Goldenfish sounded good to us because it felt like something hopeful for the community. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, and we are still learning how a producer company is supposed to run properly, but we are trying. Our families live here, and our kids go to the local school, so this is about making sure there is something left for them. If you come by Lakhnaur, you can find us easily enough by asking around for the farmers group. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that, just some chairs and a lot of work to do in the fields.
