Vertical Homes Llp is located on the second floor of the building at Plot No. 269, 7/2. We're on Dr. R.S. Bhandari Marg, which is quite close to Apollo Square. It's a decent spot to work from. We’ve been in this office for a bit now. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to builders. The area near Apollo Square is usually pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know the local real estate scene. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs and expensive art. We have some desks, a printer that works most of the time, and plenty of maps. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at site documents. We don’t use a lot of sales talk. We just tell people what the situation is with a property. Sometimes the news is good, sometimes it’s not. We think being direct is the best way to do business. We’ve helped a lot of folks navigate the local market without making it a big ordeal.
